I have been training with Marc at Altius for almost a year now and I can honestly say it is by far the best Personal training experience I've ever had! Over the past year I have trained for a couple of different things, from triathlons through to building strength and condition and now fitness competitions, and each time Marc has tailored the perfect programme to suit each style of training.
Marc has trained me for about 5 years now and he is highly recommended. He is methodical in his work and makes sure to keep me accountable. He has done a lot of research into my particular sport to make sure we are always maximising the gains we can achieve together.
