Hi! I'm Dan T

Dan has been passionate about sport all his life, having a keen interest in playing rugby and staying fit. After graduating in Sports Coaching, he began his coaching career as a Performance Intern at Northampton Saints in 2014, acquiring key coaching skills and experience in a professional environment. The following year he took an Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach role at the club where he developed and delivered youth athletic development sessions between the ages of 13-18 years. Dan’s personality and knowledge provide young individuals the athletic tools they need to become a successful sporting individual.

Alongside his 3 years at the Academy, Dan ran his own personal training business in Suffolk. No matter what your level, Dan’s wealth of knowledge can provide you with the tools to lose weight, become stronger, improve robustness, move faster and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Dan is keen to continue delivering high quality, client focused coaching at Altius. The unique, private facility is the ideal environment to take your training further.
