Hi! I'm Ben

Ben’s Personal Training career started in 2010, where he started working on a gym floor with a variety of clients. In 2013 he started to study a degree in Sports Therapy. Working with clients that are in need of a rehabilitative perspective when training towards their own fitness and health goals.

Ben has had hands on experience at Northampton Town FC, England Hockey, Head Sports Therapist at Bedford HC as well as a local Physiotherapy Clinic. Now working closely with the rest of the Altius PT team to offer a full and extensive workout programme

Whether you want to lose weight, improve your fitness in your chosen sport, complete a once in a life time achievement or to just improve your day-to-day fitness and health. Ben has the passion, determination, knowledge and understanding to make it happen.
