After nearly 6 years as Altius Personal Training we have decided to rebrand and better represent the diverse services we offer to our amazing client base.

We aim to educate young athletes about gym etiquette, build confidence and a training mindset, and understand nutrition and recovery for long term health and success.

Our academy takes each athlete through everything they need to support and complement their sports schedule and give them the tools to optimise performance and fulfil their athletic potential.

> Sessions run every Wednesday 17:30-18:30 from Northampton School for Boys.

> Open to 11-18-year-olds and each athlete will be assigned to an appropriate group within the session (junior or senior academy).

> Session cost is £10 per session (paid as £50 for a 5-week block)
